Beethoven's Vienna: Nineteenth-Century Guitar Repertoire on a Period Instrument
Dr Oliver Chandler presents a recital of music composed by guitarists -- contemporaries of Beethoven -- working in Vienna between 1806 and 1818. He will be performing on a period instrument, on loan from the Bate Collection in Oxford, which was built in Paris in the mid nineteenth century.
